Our Story:

A family-owned and operated specialty bakery, born in the quaint tourist town of Gig Harbor in 1994, we have always maintained a commitment to providing the highest quality baked goods and specialty foods available. Our unique bakery items have attracted a huge following of loyal customers throughout the years,
first in our original retail location, and later through marketing
into specialty grocery markets, coffee shops, farmer s markets and trade shows.

By far our most popular products are our Sweet Breads. Now with over 80 varieties from our classic favorites to our new Lemon Raspberry Bread and Cinnamon Walnut Streusel Bread, we have literally something to offer nearly everyone. These incredibly-moist breads have a two-week shelf-life, and can be frozen up to a year. Continually striving to meet the requests of our customers, we are researching ways to make breads that are sugar-free and gluten-free, without sacrificing the quality and flavor that they have come to expect.

In addition to these incredible breads, we also produce a complete line of fine bakery products, including scones, pastries, cookies, and the Northwest’s favorite old-fashioned cinnamon rolls and sticky buns. These and many more items can be found at specialty foods stores and markets around Puget Sound.

We are also proud to introduce our new Cornfections - the only truly traditional caramel corn variety in the Northwest made completely free of hydrogenated oils and containing zero trans-fats. Delectable treats, our Cornfections are hand-made, and will keep in the package at least four months.

In addition, we produce some of the finest 100% natural jams, jellies, sauces, spreads and dips on the market, all hand-made from the finest ingredients and commercially sealed for maximum freshness. Like all our other products, we are committed to quality and consistency above all else in our bottled goods.

Still family-owned, we now produce more than 800 different items and varieties, all made completely by hand, which we distribute ourselves to grocery stores, coffee shops, and special events around Washington and Oregon. More detailed information is available for all our products on our website at
